Free range pork

For more than 30 years, the Williams family has produced high quality Tallabung pork on their farm in Forbes NSW.

Our association with them began earlier this year. We were impressed by the unique texture and flavour of their free-range pork, produced from pigs that are allowed to forage and play on their paddocks, helping to reduce stress and improve meat quality.

The Williams family was approached by chef and charcuterie contacts to produce pork with better texture and flavours. Some rare breeds of pigs were found that had the meat quality required, and the unique Tallabung pig was developed.

Tallabung also uses specially-tailored, chemical-free feeding programs that are essential in producing the quality pork that they supply.
