Organic Angus beef
Shane and Ann Blundy run a fully sustainable organic farm in South Gippsland, which is the source of our organic Angus beef.
We chose to work with Shane and Ann because they follow the “paddock to plate” philosophy, which retains the integrity of the product and helps to grow and improve the organic food industry in Australia.
On the Blundy farm, which is certified organic, the cattle is bred on site, fattened on grass and slaughtered, boned and packaged at Radford’s and Polkinghorne’s, both of which are organically certified facilities.
