Gourmet sausages have become a bit of a specialty here at Dulwich Hill Gourmet Meats. We began experimenting with different combinations of meat, fresh vegetables and herbs a few years ago, with some great results.
Nowadays we have 18 different varieties of sausage, and that number is always expanding. Some of our most popular varieties include our Wagyu beef with caramelised onion, pork and beetroot with smoked chilli, chicken and sweet corn, salmon sausages and of course our famous sheftalies, which got a big write-up in Good Living a while back. All our sausages are gluten-free and free of nitrate and other preservatives. They’re made up with our quality organic and free-range meats, so you can ensure that they not only taste good, but are also good for you.
