DESCRIPTION
The pork neck is a versatile cut with excellent marbling, perfect for roasting, braising, or cutting into scotch fillets and cooking like a steak. With a generous amount of fat and rich flavour, it's also ideal for making pulled pork dishes. We source whole, pasture-raised pigs from ethical farmers, including Tallabung Pork, a boutique producer located in the Lachlan Valley region of NSW. Tallabung specialises in rare black-haired breeds that roam freely on open pastures, resulting in rich meat with a naturally sweet flavour. All of our pork is pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free.
